2 cups of TOP’s Birdie Bread Mix
1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
1 large egg, beaten
1 1/4 cups applesauce or other fruit puree
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C)
Step 2: In medium mixing bowl, combine TOP’s Premium Birdie Bread Mix and baking powder
Step 3: In a separate, large mixing bowl, combine the beaten egg and applesauce (fruit puree)
Step 4: Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until you have a smooth dough batter
Step 5: Pour dough batter into a medium pan or standard muffin pan, or form 2-inch cookie rounds on a greased cookie sheet*
Step 6: Bake at 350°F (177°C)for 15 minutes, or until firm
